Reisverslag Week 7
19 maart 2016
Once we were in London the group split up. I went with one group to he London Eye, something I was pretty excited about as I'd never been.
In the end it wasn't as exciting as I thought it'd be, but It was still rather lovely to look out across the city.
I could see the Big Ben and St. Paul's Cathedral.
After the London Eye we went to Covent Garden, another place I hadn't been to before. Covent Garden has lots of cute shops. One that I went into had the most beautiful ink pens, and even though it's not exactly practical to write with, I got one.
In other shops you could taste all sorts of teas and sweets, so that was nice.
The rest of the week has been pretty standard. It's Obvious that it's nearly the end of term and everyone is ready for the three week Easter Break. All pupils are tired and have even shorter attention spans than usual.
Next week is only three days long :) I have my full day on Monday, my 'home' work day on Tuesday and on Wednesday I only have something on the first two periods.
After that I'll first be spending the rest of the week at the school, working on my research project and planning out my lessons for the summer term. Then I'll spend the first full week in London until Friday, when my parents are coming here to visit and then I'll go home for a few days and finally I'll be going on the Canterbury trip.
I'm so excited for the break as well and to have a chance to do some other things for a few weeks.

I also went to London. I have also been in the London Eye. Just as you, I expected way more. It was a little bit boring after a minute and I felt stuck somehow. I couldn't wait to get out of it.
But London is a great city and I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of the things at there!
hopefully you had a great time with your parents and enjoyed your break!
